On the 40th anniversary of the liberation of the Falkland Islands, I know that everyone in South Ribble will want to take a moment to remember the 255 British servicemen who gave their lives to protect the freedom of the islanders.
And today, we also remember those veterans who did come home, including many from South Ribble, and those who have suffered because of that war.
