I had a very busy and productive day in and out of the office today. I helped constituents at my weekly surgery, I judged a year 5 public speaking competition at Hutton Grammar School (more to come on that…) and I also met EmpowerHer Lancashire to find out more about the great work they do helping women with, amongst other things, menopause, nutrition and fitness (more to follow on this as well).
