In South Ribble, we have some fantastic apprenticeship programmes and many talented apprentices learning new skills and driving their lives forward.
Today, I visited BAE Systems Warton to see the great work they do. I was delighted to meet four apprentices at BAE systems to discuss the incredible work they’re doing and their experiences so far. Apprenticeships are very much a way for businesses to encourage the brightest and the best to work for them.
If learning new skills, having a successful career and being proud of the work you do is something you want, then becoming an apprentice is one of the best ways to achieve this.
