Over the summer I have been meeting a lot of local business owners, seeing how they do things and listening to their concerns and hopes for the future. Preston Wholesale Meats is a family run affair that does the important job of sharing fantastic Lancashire pork with butchers and restaurants across the UK, making sure that our Lancashire pig farmers are having an impact accross the country. They also supply my favourite local butcher Mercers who always have great sausages for breakfast!
