£50 million Government funding for Wellfield Academy rebuild
Amazing to hear that Wellfield Academy officially became a sponsored academy of Endeavour Learning Trust last month. I had the pleasure of meeting David Clayton, the new CEO of Endeavour Learning Trust, to find out more about how the 
building plans are coming along at Wellfield and to find out how I could help.
David is working hard to provide the best possible experience and education for the children who attend Wellfield and the other schools that Endeavour Learning Trust represent.
I was able to share information about the local apprenticeships and training opportunities that I’ve recently been speaking to the National Grid UK and Monks Training Services Ltd about. Both of these sound like fantastic next steps for local young people.
