Today we've banned Nitrous Oxide, classifying it as a Class C controlled substance. Possession of which can now result in up to two years in prison or an unlimited fine.
A lot of people in South Ribble have raised this issue with me and I see it everyday myself with cannisters dumped in the car park at the back of my Leyland office!
