May is #NationalStrawberryMonth, and to celebrate, I got to visit the fabulous students at Banks St Stephens C of E Primary School and see the huuuuuge strawberries they have grown using LED light technology, harnessing the parts of the light spectrum which maximise energy use - what a bright bunck.
