Such a brilliant morning meeting local teens who have been working with NCS - National Citizen Service, and celebrating their achievements. They all gave really great presentations about the challenges they faced during their projects, but how they worked together to overcome them.
I was so impressed with the skills they’ve learnt, such as:
- planning and campaigning
- presentation skills
- problem solving
- and liaising with third parties
I can definitely say there were some future leaders in that room!
