What an amazing day visiting Choc Amor, based at the lovely Cedar Farm in Mawdesley.
It was fantastic to meet local business man Paul and hear all about his journey into the world of chocolate and discover how he creates all the weird and wonderful flavours. I got to try the Orange Jalfrezi, Salted Caramel, Tonka Bean and Bitter Orange - and they were all bloody fantastic! Never thought I’d be eating chocolate which had hints of curry in but I must say - Paul is a creative genius and it really work!
They’ve also won 51 awards… and they don’t plan on stopping there!
