I had a really exciting morning in Banks learning about how Flavourfresh Salads Ltd are using technology and innovation to give us secure food supplies!
I was also delighted to let Andy know he’s been nominated for the NFU Online Community Farming Hero Award for his brilliant project with Banks St Stephens C of E Primary School where he helped the children grow strawberries in their store cupboard using LED light technology!
