Good to meet local campaigners this morning to discuss their needs for improved roads along Longmeanygate in #Leyland
We spoke about much needed changes to the roundabout systems and what needs to happen as traffic increases to keep pedestrians, horse riders, and drivers safe as well as HGV management.
Looking forward to the new year meeting to ensure existing plans are delivered in full.
We also discussed the need to get Midge Hall railway station re-opened to passengers, and what I’ve been doing to keep campaigning for that in Parliament.
