It was a real pleasure to join the team at St Mary's Community Centre in Leyland for their Community Coffee Morning.
It's so important to have places like this where people can come together and share a coffee and some company.
Churches Together in Leyland also run a foodbank from the centre as well as their innovative Furniture Scheme which is helping hundreds of local people every year.
The foobank is open Monday to Thursday 10am –12noon, operating on a referral basis from St Mary’s Community Centre, Broadfield Drive, Leyland PR25 1PD.
