Removing the buffers at Ormskirk and reopening Midge Hall Station to offer a quicker direct route from Preston to Liverpool.
Funding for new schools and school buildings of £175 million+.
The new hospital that will be replacing the Royal Preston Hospital in 2030. £2 billion will be invested in the biggest programme of hospital building in a generation. Whichever site is chosen will have good transport links and be purpose-built to meet the needs of patients.
