Lancashire Volunteer Partnership has so many incredible opportunities available for you to get involved with. Not only will it make a huge difference to someone else’s life, but it also offers you the chance to learn new skills.
I really enjoyed meeting with Richard and Francesca who told me about the different roles and how local volunteers make such a difference for so many people across our community.
They’re currently looking for more people to become ‘befrienders’ and offer companionship and support to someone who needs it. All they ask is for an hour a week to make a phone call or go for a coffee with someone and have a chat!
